Where the boardroom
meets the nervous system.

That’s Where I work

I'm Dr. Rachel Dicker — and I've spent fifteen years inside the environments you're navigating.

I've been in the rooms.
I've coached the women in them.

And I kept seeing the same ceiling.

From genetics biotech to digital education to operations and leadership consulting — I've built inside high-stakes, high-consequence environments. I know what it costs to operate at this level.

And I’ve spent years coaching high-performing women — watching them work harder than anyone, show up more prepared than anyone, invest deeply in their own growth. And still, under pressure, in the moments that mattered most, the deepest patterns came back.

The insight was real. The effort was real. And it wasn't enough. As a scientist, I needed to understand why.

MY TRACK RECORD

Founding member of a genetics biotech that grew to #2 in its industry.

Built and scaled a digital education company from inception to $4.5M in annual revenue in two years — no outside funding.

Operations and leadership coaching and consulting across multiple industries — diagnosing core issues, building systems, training management, and doubling revenue in organizations that had plateaued.

Doctor of Pharmacy — multimillion-dollar nationwide clinical trials and the development of multiple genetic tests.

HOW I GOT HERE

I wasn't looking for
a new modality.

I was looking for an answer.

✦ I kept seeing the same ceiling — women doing everything right, investing deeply, genuinely committed. And still reverting under pressure. Not because they weren't trying. Because the work wasn’t reaching the layer that mattered.

The biology was the missing piece — survival programs running beneath the cognitive layer, beneath insight or willpower. It finally made the ceiling make sense.

✦ And it could be rewired. Not managed. Not understood. Actually, permanently changed.

✦ With my clients, shifts that had resisted years of work dissolved in a single session. And, they held under pressure. Without effort. Without circling back.

If something here landed as true —

That recognition is worth paying attention to.

I’d love to be in conversation.

For speaking inquiries, coaching, or to simply say hello.
